Shimano Dura-Ace FC7800 Integrated Crankset (53/39)

The Dura-ace Hollowtech II integrated crank and bottom bracket takes power transfer to a whole new level. By unifying the crank arms and the bottom-bracket, parts are reduced, making for a more direct flow of power directly to the chainrings and the rear wheel. There's not enough "between" part interfaces to allow anything but raw absolute power transfer. Weight is also dropped - there's a weight reduction of 30 grams from the previous separate bottom-bracket and crank arm Dura-ace cranksets. Augmenting the stiffness of the new integrated bottom-bracket and crankarm system are the oversize sealed outboard bearings. The result of all of these innovations is better load distribution, drastically improved rigidity and power transfer.
